Disney Outlet - How Do I Return Something?

We hope what you buy from Disney Outlet is always exactly what you’ve wished for… but just in case it’s not, you have 30 days to return it once you’ve got it.

You’ll need to send your item back in the same condition it came in.

Swap Stuff

If you want to swap your Disney Outlet item, you’ll need to return it and re-order your new one.

Returning Special Offers

Wowed by our 3 for 2 offers? You’ll need to send all 3 items back to us.

Did you get a free Disney key with your item? You’ll need to pop this back in your parcel as well.

Returning Disney Partner Products

If you’re sending back a Disney Partner customized t-shirt, hoodie, or mug, you’ll need to use EVRi to return it.

How can I send my item back?

There are few ways to get your bits and bobs back to us, safe and sound.

Return to:	Your local drop off point Or a courier can come to you and collect
Refund Time:	Up to 14 working days

It’s wonderfully easy to use. Just enter your Order Number, your Postcode – and follow the steps from there.

EVRi (formerly Hermes)

Free?	Yes
Printer Needed?	No
Return to:	Your local EVRi drop off point
Refund Time:	Up to 14 working days from return being received

If you’re a Guest from the UK, you can use EVRi to return your items. Click here to find an EVRi Parcel Shop near you. Once you’re there, just find a screen and:

1. Click ‘Returns’
2. Select ‘Disney Store’ from the retailer list
3. Enter your reference number – this is your Disney Outlet order number
4. Don’t forget to enter your email address, to get your receipt and tracking details.

When you’ve printed your label and put it on your parcel, just hand it to an EVRi staff member… and bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, you’re done!

You’re welcome to give your order back to us in person – so come and see us in our Dublin or London stores! Just remember to bring:

• A copy of your delivery note,
• The original payment method.

Sorry, you won’t be able to return your item in store if it’s:

• A Disney Partner customized t-shirt, hoodie or mug,
• A Disneyland Paris product,
• Bought using PayPal, or other non-card payment types.
