For Delivery Address Changes:
There are a few options for changing your delivery address:
- Within 30 minutes of ordering: chat to a cast member to change
- Within 30 minutes of ordering: cancel the order from your account and re-order to the correct address
- After 30 minutes but before dispatch: while your order is progressing we are unable to make changes
- After dispatch: You can try contacting the carrier directly - they often can update delivery addresses
