Delivery Attempts:
- Royal Mail/Parcelforce will make two delivery attempts, with the second attempt taking place on the next business day.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after both attempts, the parcel will be held at the local hub for 18 days.
- You can use the QR code on the 'Something for you' calling card to rearrange delivery or manage your collection preferences.
Restricted Addresses:
We're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Disney Partner Products may take up to 10 days to ship. Delivery costs and the carrier (Royal Mail) are the same.
