Click and Collect

The time and cost of delivery from the Disney Store UK depends on a few factors: the total cost of your order, the delivery method you choose, and your postcode.

Click and Collect orders will be held at your selected collection point for 10 days.

If you're unable to collect your order, the order will be returned to us and once it's back at our warehouse, you'll be refunded.

*Delivery costs are calculated after all other discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

Whilst most deliveries take 5 working days, certain postcodes have any additional working days for standard delivery (please see the table below).

Accepted Identification

When collecting your order, you will need your order confirmation email and one of the below forms of identification:

• Birth Certificate

• Customer Statement or Order Confirmation

• Foreign ID Card

• NI Electoral Card

• Passport

• Tenancy Agreement

• UK Driving License

• Utility Bill

Additional Information

You'll be shown your available collection points when you've entered your post code at checkout.

*Please note that we can't re-route a Click and Collect parcel, and these also cannot be delivered to your local Store.

We will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. If you have entered your mobile number at checkout, you will receive a text when your parcel is ready for collection.
