Accepted Identification
When collecting your order, you will need your order confirmation email and one of the below forms of identification.
If Royal Mail left a 'Something for you' collection card (or SMS/email) - please also bring/show this at your local Pickup Point.

- Bank or building society cheque/savings book
- Valid passport
- Driving license
- NHS medical card
- Photo ID card (foreign national, military, police warrant, Royal Mail employee, NHS or senior citizen bus pass)
Additional Information
You'll be shown your available collection points when you've entered your postcode at checkout.
We will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. If you have entered your mobile number at checkout, you will receive a text when your parcel is ready for collection.
