We cannot process exchanges which means if you want to swap an item in your order, you'll need to send the original item back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for you.
Change of mind returns cost £2.50 per return. You will be charged £2.50 upfront within the returns portal. This is a separate charge which means you will be refunded the full amount of your original item(s) once your return has been processed.
