Products must be in a re-saleable condition (if returning due to a change of mind).
Oxford Street Disney Store:
Disney Store purchases from our London Oxford Street Disney Store will need to be returned back to this Store.
Selfridges Disney Stores:
Purchases from one of our Selfridges Disney Stores will need to be returned back to a Selfridges Disney Store.

Please bring a copy of your receipt and the original payment method.
If you do not have a copy of your receipt, a Cast Member may be able to provide an alternative product to the current selling price of the item.
Can I return in-Store purchases online?
In-Store purchases cannot be returned via our online return service.
