We hope what you buy from your local Disney Store is always exactly what you’ve wished for, but just in case it’s not, you have 30 days to return it and products must be in a re-saleable if returning due to a change of mind.
You will need to return in-Store purchases back to your local store where our Cast Members will be happy to help.

What will I need to bring?
- A copy of your receipt
- The original payment method
If you do not have a copy of your receipt, a Cast Member will be able to provide a gift card or alternative product to the current selling price of the item.
Can I return in-Store purchases online?
In-Store purchases cannot be returned via our online return service.
