You can now print your returns label at select EVRi Parcel Shops, and can find your local one here.
When you're at the Parcel Shop, select the returns icon from the screen, and select Disney Store from the retailer list.
You'll be asked to enter your reference number - this your Disney Store order number.
We recommend entering an email address for a digital receipt and tracking details for proof of postage.
Once the label has printed, attach it to your parcel and hand over to a member of staff.
Please include your packing slip and/or order number in your parcel when returning directly via EVRi
