You can use an EVRi Parcel Shop to send your order back to us for free. You will need to do this if you do not have a printer at home or need to return a Disney Partner Product.
See the instructions below:
- Click here to find a local EVRi Parcel Shop near you.
- When at the Parcel Shop, select the Returns icon
- Select 'Disney Store' from the retailer list.
- Enter your reference number (this is your Disney Store order number).
- Enter your email address to get your receipt and tracking details.
- Print your label, put it on your parcel and hand it to an EVRi staff member.

You can also 'search with an email address', and enter your email address and postcode (from where your order was delivered) and select the order you want to return.
Parcels must meet the weight and size requirements noted on the Returns Portal
You’ll receive your refund within 5-7 days of the parcel being back at our warehouse. Please note, we don’t have any liability until your products arrive with us.
Disney Partner Products will need to returned via an EVRi Parcel Shop
Make sure you retain your proof of postage.
You should receive your refund in up to 14 days from the return being received
