To ensure that we provide a seamless experience we have opted to temporarily pause the sale of Gift Cards at our Disney Stores.
Gift Cards that were sold at The Disney Store can only be redeemed in Store. We have received Guest feedback that they wish to be able to redeem Gift Cards online at Disney Store. As we continue to evolve our e-commerce offering, we are working on a solution to implement this.
You can use any existing Gift Cards in our Oxford Street Disney Store.
Gift cards purchased at a Disney Store can only be used in a Disney Store in that market, for example, if you bought a gift card in the UK, it can only be redeemed in our Oxford Street Disney Store. Disney Store gift cards aren't valid for use in Disney Parks or on DisneyStore.com, and we can't swap currency for any gift cards. Our Stores can't accept gift cards issued at Disney Parks, or at Stores outside of the UK.
There's no expiration date to your gift card, so this can be used at any time.
