Disney Store e-Gift Cards
Key Information
- Disney Store e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the site it was purchased from meaning our Disney Store UK e-Gift Cards can only be used on Disneystore.co.uk.
- There is a limit of 2 e-Gift Cards per order.
- Our e-gift cards can only be purchased if you are 18+ and have permission to use the email address for your gift recipient who is also 18+.
- e-Gift Cards cannot be used in our physical stores or Disney parks.

- Our e-Gift Cards come in set amounts and these amounts cannot be amended.
- You will need to enter the email address of your e-Gift Card recipient twice and make sure that you have spelt their email address correctly.
- Once purchased e-Gift Cards are sent immediately. The send cannot be scheduled or delayed.
- e-Gift Cards are exempt from promotions. For more information on products exempt from promotions please click here.
Can I see an e-Gift Card in my account?
- You are not required to create a Disney Store account to use your e-Gift Card.
- However, if you do have a Disney Store account then your e-Gift Card will be visible under the e-Gift Card section provided that the email address the e-Gift Card was sent to matches your Disney Store account.
Do I need to activate my e-Gift Card?
- No activation is needed! Your e-Gift Card will arrive ready to spend!
How do I checkout using an e-Gift Card?
- When checking out, you will see a Loyalty and e-Gift Cards section.
- Swipe the Pay with Gift Card toggle so that it shows as green and input your Card Number to pay!
- You can use up to 5 e-Gift Cards to pay at one time.
How do I receive a refund if I paid by e-Gift Card?
- Rest-assured, if you need a refund on an order that used an e-Gift Card as method of payment, then you will receive a new e-Gift Card with the refund amount on it.
- Please note, the money does not refund onto the original e-Gift Card - a new e-Gift Card is generated.
How can I check the balance of my e-Gift Card?
- Click here to check the balance of your e-Gift Card.
- Your will need the Card Number and email address (of the recipient).
Can a Disney Store e-Gift Card be used in-Store?
- Disney Store e-Gift Cards are for online use only.
Can I return my e-Gift Card?
- All e-Gift Card sales are final and cannot be returned/refunded.

Do you sell physical Gift Cards in-Store?
- We no longer sell physical Gift Cards in-Store.
How can I use an existing in-Store Gift Card?
- Any existing Gift Cards that were previously purchased in-Store can be redeemed in-Store at our Oxford Street Disney Store.
- Gift cards purchased at a Disney Store can only be used in a Disney Store in that market, for example, if you bought a gift card in the UK, it can only be redeemed in our Oxford Street Disney Store.
- There's no expiration date to your gift card, so this can be used at any time.
- Disney Store gift cards aren't valid for use in Disney Parks or on DisneyStore.com
- We can't swap currency for any gift cards.
- Our Stores can't accept gift cards issued at Disney Parks, or at Stores outside of the UK.
- Sorry, our Stores don't accept Love to Shop vouchers.
Can in-Store Disney Store Gift Cards be used online?
- Any Gift Cards purchased in-Store are for in-Store use only.
