Change of mind returns cost £2.50 per return and is a separate charge paid upfront within the returns portal. This means that you will be refunded the full amount of your original item(s) once your return has been processed.
Additional Information
Your delivery charge will only be refunded if you return your whole order. If you only return part of your order, delivery charges won't be refunded.
You're responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse. We recommend you retain proof of postage.
