Returns Portal Guide

You can use our Rebound Returns Portal to send your order back to us for free. Please see instructions below.

If you’re having trouble with your return, please see our top tips for returns here.

  1. Click here to access the returns portal.
  2. Enter your:
    • Order Number (without the hashtag)
    • Shipping Postcode (please do not enter your email address as this will not work). 
      • If you used Click and Collect, please enter the postcode of the collection point.
  3. You’ll then see your order summary. From here, you can Create a Return and choose which items you want to return and the reason(s) why. These steps should be repeated as needed for each item you wish to return. The amount you’ll be refunded will show under each item.
  4. Please then enter your contact details and select your return method (whether you want to drop your parcel off at a local drop off point or have a local courier collect it). 
    • Your postcode will determine the best place for you to drop off your parcel. If you want to use a different drop off point, you can enter a different postcode to find other suitable drop off points.
  5. Once you've confirmed your return, your return instructions including your label and/or form will be generated for you. Depending on the option you selected, this may need to be printed.
  6. Take your parcel to your chosen parcel shop or prepare for your local courier to collect it. Keep a copy of your proof of drop off/collection for your records.
  7. You’re all done! You can track your return here, and your refund will be with you within 14 days.

You can also return directly via an EVRi Parcel Shop where you can print your return label at the Parcel Shop. If returning your parcel at an Evri ParcelShop, please include your packing slip and/or order number in your parcel and enter your email address for a digital receipt of proof of postage.

Additional Information

  • Make sure you retain your proof of postage.
  • You should receive your refund in up to 14 days
