Online purchases can be returned in Store within 30 days as long as:
- The item is not a Disney Partner Product (these items should be returned through the EVRi return portal);
- Disneyland Paris product purchased from Disney Store
- Your order was paid by debit or credit
- For other payment methods (eg PayPal, Klarna) please return according to the online conditions
- You’re not returning a personalised product (unless it's faulty)
- It is not part of the products that cannot be returned such as jewellery
Additional Information
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original currency of purchase.
For debit/credit card refunds, the cardholder must be present and should show their order or delivery confirmation email when presenting the item to the Cast Member.
Your refund will show in your account within 5-7 days. If you're returning a product as a change of mind, this should be in a re-saleable condition.
If returning an item as a 3 for 2 promotion, you will need to return all 3 products. This also includes free gifts such as keys.
Can I return in-Store purchases online?
In-Store purchases cannot be returned via our online return service.
