• If you have your own printer, you can print your return label and drop your parcel at a local collection point or a local courier can collect.
• If you do not have your own printer, please select EVRi paperless drop-off. You can also return directly via an EVRi Parcel Shop where you can print your label (see below).

  • You should receive your refund in up to 14 days from the return being received
  • You will need to use EVRi for Disney Partner Products
  • Please include your packing slip and/or order number in your parcel when returning directly via EVRi

In-Store

Online orders can be returned in store unless:

• You did not pay via debit/credit card
  • The cardholder must be present. Please bring the card used to pay and order confirmation number.
• Certain products cannot be returned including jewellery, personalised items (unless faulty) and sealed collectibles.
• Disney Partner products cannot be returned in Store - please return these via EVRi.

We can't process exchanges unfortunately - if you want to swap an item in your order, you'll need to send the original item back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for you.

For 3 for 2 offers, all 3 items need to be sent back to us. Free items such as keys also need to be popped in your parcel as well.

Make sure you retain proof of postage. When returning your parcel at an Evri ParcelShop, enter your email address for a digital receipt.
