We hope what you buy from Disney Store is always exactly what you’ve wished for, but just in case it’s not, you have 30 days to return it once you’ve got it and products must be in a re-saleable condition.
We offer free of charge returns through our Returns Portal
If you have your own printer, you can print your returns label and drop your parcel off or arrange a courier collection yourself.
If do not have a printer, or need to return a Disney Partner Product, please return via an EVRi Parcel Shop so that you can print your label at the Parcel Shop.
Certain products can also be returned in-Store.

In-Store
Online orders can be returned in store unless:
- You did not pay via debit/credit card - the cardholder must be present and please bring the card used to pay and order confirmation number.
- Certain products cannot be returned including jewellery, personalised items (unless faulty) and sealed collectibles.
- Disney Partner products - please return these via EVRi.

Can I return in-Store purchases online?
In-Store purchases will need to be returned in-Store. If you need to return a product bought in Store, please visit your local Store and a Cast Member would be pleased to help.

Additional Information
If you want to swap an item in your order, you'll need to send the original item back to our warehouse and a refund will be processed for you as we can't process exchanges unfortunately.
For 3 for 2 offers, all 3 items need to be sent back to us. Free items such as keys also need to be popped in your parcel as well.
For Disney Partner Products (customised t-shirts, hoodies and mugs), you will need to use an EVRi Parcel Shop to return it.
In Store purchases will need to be returned to the Store. Please visit your local Store and a Cast Member will be pleased to help.
