Cancelling my orderYou can cancel your order in your Disney account within approximately 30 minutes of your order being placed. After approximately 30 minutes of your order being placed, you will be unable to cancel your order in your Disney account. |

Your order will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email shortly. If this 'Cancel Order' button is not showing, then it is too late to cancel your order through your account. Our Guest Services team may be able to help so do contact us so we can check for you. |
Can I cancel one item?Please note that when cancelling your order through your account, you can only cancel the whole order, not individual products. |
Additional InformationYou have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after placing it, however, if your order has left our warehouse you'll need to follow our free returns procedure. Any cancellations made within 14 days will also be entitled to a refund of your delivery charge. Orders cannot be cancelled if personalised, or if we are too far along the order process. |
